乳房和会阴 Breast and perineum
一、乳房 A breast
（一）位置 (A) Location
乳房位于胸大肌表面。 Located on the surface of the breast pectoralis major.
（二）形态 (B) Form
乳房呈半球形，有乳头、乳晕等结构。 Hemispherical breasts, nipple, areola and other structures. 乳头有输乳管开口。 Nipple milk ducts opening.
（三）内部结构 (C) the internal structure
乳房主要有皮肤、乳腺、致密结缔组织、脂肪构成。 There are breast skin, breast, dense connective tissue, fat composition.
1． 1. 乳腺叶 Breast leaf
乳腺组织被结缔组织、脂肪分隔为15~20个乳腺小叶。 Breast tissue is connective tissue, fat separator 15 to 20 lobules.
2． 2. 输乳管 Milk ducts
每个乳腺小叶内有一条输乳管，呈放射状排列，开口于乳头。 There is a milk ducts, arranged radially, openings in the nipple each lobules.
3． 3. 乳房悬韧带 Breast suspensory ligament
牵引在皮肤、乳腺、胸肌筋膜之间，对乳房起支持作用。 Traction between the skin, breast, chest fascia, from the breast of a supporting role. 乳癌浸润时，乳房悬韧带牵拉皮肤形成“桔皮样”改变。 When invasive breast cancer, breast suspensory ligament stretch the skin to form a "orange peel-like" change.
