Fundamental Discriminant

$-D$ is a fundamental discriminant if $D$ is a Positive Integer which is not Divisible by any square of an Odd Prime and which satisfies $D\equiv 3\ \left({{\rm mod\ } {4}}\right)$ or $D\equiv 4, 8\ \left({{\rm mod\ } {16}}\right)$.
