Digestive system

Outline

The digesting system by the alimentary canal and the digestive gland two parts of constitutions, the major function is digestion food, the absorption nutrition, discharges the excrement.

(one) alimentary canal 

The alimentary canal starts from the oral cavity, finally anus. Including the mouth, swallows, the esophagus, the stomach, the small intestine (to divide duodenum, jejunum, ileum), the large intestine. Clinical take duodenum as, the alimentary canal is called on the digestive tract under the duodenum above, the jejunum following alimentary canal is called the digestive tract.

(two) digestive gland 

Digestive gland including liver, pancreas, salivary gland and so on.
